Port Harcourt City (PHC) is an oil-rich city in the Southern Region of Nigeria, and the official capital city of Rivers State. Port Harcourt is a cosmopolitan city with people from different parts of Nigeria. The Centre is located in D/Line, at the heart of Port Harcourt City, and highly accessible, secured and environmentally friendly. It is about 25 minutes’ drive from the International and the Local Airports; 15 minutes drive from the famous Port Harcourt Seaport and 10 minutes’ drive from the State Governor’s Office, often referred to as the Brick House.
